做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
