做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
