做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
