做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
