做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
