做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
