做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
