做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
