做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
