做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
