做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
