做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
