做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
