做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
