做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
