做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
