做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
