做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
