做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
