做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
