做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
