做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
