做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
