做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
