做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
