做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
