做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
