做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
