做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
