做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
