做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
