做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
