做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
