做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
