做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
