做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
