做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
